As insurance brokers, we work directly with the agents who contract with us. We consider them our partners. Mutual Med's role is purely support-based. We interact with clients only as agents see fit. We are always here to answer your questions so let us know how we can help you.

Meeting the Needs of the Agents

We answer agents’ questions and act as their ‘back room,’ supplying them with all the applications, brochures and promotional materials they require. We work closely with our Marketing Department, to help our account executives meet the needs of the agents they work with.

How We Maintain Customer Satisfaction

When difficulties arise, agents come to us as their behind-the-scenes “fix-it” people. That gives agents more time to meet people and generate business. We’re here to make agents’ lives easier and more productive. Once an agent has a group onboard with Mutual Med, we’ll take care of all their questions and concerns, and do whatever research is necessary to arrive at the right solution. Maintaining customer satisfaction for our agent partners and their clients is both our main objective and point of pride.
