On the 20th of every month: Wellmark enrollment/signed rates cut-off
Wellmark sold group paperwork must be in for 1st of month effective dates.

On the last day of every month: UHC-RV enrollment/signed rates cut-off
UHC-RV sold group paperwork must be in for 1st of the month effective dates.
